“Jo has supported us through a huge transition, my little one is sleeping overnight in their own bed without being fed to sleep or having milk overnight. This was such a big change for us and I don’t think I could have done it without Jo’s support and encouragement.

The time with Jo has been so helpful. Jo is so understanding and supportive and made me feel comfortable from our first phone call. She has made herself available when I needed her and her words of encouragement really got me through the difficult evenings and nights and helped me feel able to carry on. “Jo's support has hugely increased my understanding of the sleep needs of my 8 month old baby and made an amazing difference to our lives! Before beginning work together, he napped for only 30 minutes at a time and woke between 3 and 5 times every night. After receiving 3 weeks of support from Jo, his total day time naps have doubled in length and he now wakes for one feed in the night only!

This has made such a positive difference to my son (who is no longer chronically over-tired) and to me also. Jo was kind, supportive, very knowledgeable, professional and none-judgemental from the start. Her tips, tweaks and targets were manageable, effective and realistic and we noticed a huge positive change from the start. I really appreciated that I could check in with Jo via an app throughout the time we worked together to help tweak our nap schedule on days when things didn't go to plan (e.g. when a baby class clashed with his nap time or he didn't sleep well at nursery). I feel so confident moving forwards - Jo has helped me to understand my son's sleep needs at his current age and she has prepared me for what to expect in the future.
